Go to Personalization -> Product Recommendations and click "Create new block"

Create block from within the Engage platform

A tutorial will open up and guide you through the creation of the recommendation block

Model settings

Give the block a name to make it easy to find it within the plugin and select the recommendation model to be used. More information about each model can be found here.
