Engage natively support Litespeed for WooCommerce stores. Depending on the settings within the plugin issues with product recommendations could appear, hence it could be necessary to exclude specific pages from cache.
To exclude specific pages from cache use the following path: Litespeed Cache-> Cache -> 4 Excludes
