Prestashop

After the recommendation block has been implemented there is sometimes a need to clear the Prestashop cache in order for the block to be displayed in the store front. To clear the cache, please perform the following steps.

  1. Log in to your Prestashop dashboard.

  2. Click on the "Advanced Parameters" tab in the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click on the "Performance" option.

  4. In the "Performance" section, scroll down to the "Cache" section.

  5. Click on the "Clear Cache" button to empty the cache.

  6. You may also want to click on the "Clear Smarty cache" button to clear the template cache as well.

After you've cleared the cache, you may need to refresh your website or perform a hard refresh in your browser to see the changes take effect.
